Terms of use
Last updated 19 August 2026
Short version: be a real person, be here for business, be decent, and don't sue us if a stranger is boring. Longer version below.
1. Who we are
CoFoungle is operated by CoFoungle. Contact: hello@cofoungle.com.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18.
- You must use your real name and identity. Fake, anonymous or company-as-person accounts are removed.
- You must be a founder, co-founder, or someone genuinely building or about to build something. See the house rules.
3. What you agree to
- Follow the house rules. Business conversations only. No pitching services, recruiting, harassment, hate, sexual content, or anything illegal.
- No recording calls without the other person's explicit consent.
- No scraping, automation, or attempts to access data you're not meant to see.
- Don't share contact details you received through a mutual match with third parties for marketing.
4. Moderation
Members can report each other after calls. We may warn, suspend or permanently remove accounts at our discretion, including without warning for serious behaviour. Two independent reports on the same person is usually enough. You can appeal by email.
5. Your content
You own what you write in your profile. You give us a licence to show it to other members as part of running the service. You're responsible for it being accurate and lawful.
6. Availability and changes
This is an early product. It may go down, change, or gain limits (for example a daily call cap for free accounts) at any time. We'll try to give notice in the lobby. If we ever introduce paid plans, the terms for those will be shown before you pay.
7. No guarantees
We don't vet people beyond what's described in the house rules and don't guarantee who you'll meet, what they'll say, or that anything business-related will come of it. Use your own judgement before sharing confidential information or entering any agreement with someone you met here. The service is provided "as is".
8. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the conduct of other members. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months (currently: nothing).
9. Ending things
You can delete your account any time from the Account page. We can terminate accounts that break these terms.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's country of residence, and disputes go to its courts, unless consumer law where you live says otherwise.
